Perform reload the cashless way from Boost, GrabPay or Touch'n Go eWallet

Visit either Boost, GrabPay or Touch'n Go eWallet app

Step 2

From the menu, search for Prepaid. Then select Mobile Credit and key in your mobile details and reload amount.

Please note that steps, naming convention will vary between different e-Wallet provider.

Click on the Reload link below. Select your preferred reload amount and fill in all the required information. Then, click Reload.

Check your reload and payment details on the Order Summary page.

Click Pay to complete your purchase. You will receive a text message notification with your updated balance upon successful reload.

Visit a Digi Kiosk near you and select your preferred language to begin.

Step 2

Select Prepaid Reload and follow the instructions.

Reload the EXACT amount that you need from a Digi Authorised Dealer.

Step 1

Visit a Digi Authorised Dealer near you. Give the dealer your Digi mobile number and tell him your preferred reload amount¹.

Step 2

Check your reload and mobile details before paying the dealer. The dealer will perform the reload for you.

You will receive a text message notification with your updated balance upon successful reload.

Make reloads through your preferred bank, hassle-free.

Visit your preferred bank’s ATM or online banking website.

Step 2

From the menu, search for Other Services. Then, select Prepaid Reload/Prepaid Top-Up.

To redeem your e-Reload, simply follow the steps below:

Kindly ensure your new Digi Prepaid line has been activated. To do this, just make your first call.

Step 2

Once your line has been successfully activated, click on the following link: https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/redeem-e-reload.ep

Step 3

Follow the instructions given and enter your Digi Prepaid mobile number, a 6 digit TAC code will be sent to your mobile.

Step 4

Enter the 6 digit TAC code and click on Redeem. Make sure your phone is switched on before reloading.

Step 5

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS upon successful reload.

Please note that the system will auto-reload for top-ups that are not redeemed within 60 days from the date of successful purchase.
